不同絮凝剂对微细粒赤铁矿、石英的絮凝行为研究

中文摘要:通过单矿物沉降实验,考查了不同絮凝剂的种类、搅拌强度对赤铁矿、石英的絮凝行为影响规律。结果表明,四种絮凝剂剂对赤铁矿絮凝效果由强至弱的顺序为:苛化玉米淀粉 > 羧甲基纤维素钠>十二烷基磺酸钠>聚丙烯酰胺。在一定范围内增强搅拌强度有利于微细粒颗粒的絮凝,但超过某一临界值后絮凝效果变差。通过Zeta电位测定分析了淀粉对赤铁矿颗粒的絮凝作用机理。

Study on Flocculation Behaviors Mechanism of Different Adjusting AgentsofSFine Hematite and Quartz Particle
Abstract:The influences of flocculant types, stirring intensity on flocculation behaviors of fine hematite and quartz particle were studied by sedimentation experiments. The results shows that four kinds of flocculants in the same concentration, the order of fine hematite was corn starch > sodium carboxymethyl cellulose > sodium dodecylsulphate> polyacrylamideS. The hematite and quartz particles can be better flocculated with the increase of stirring speed in a range, but the flocculation effect becomes worse when the stirring speed exceed a critical value. The flocculation mechanism of corn starch on fine hematite was analysed by measurements of zeta potentials.
