大倾角特厚煤层综放面瓦斯治理技术

中文摘要:本文以赵各庄矿3237西上面为研究对象,根据3237西上面的地质条件及开采工艺,对3237西上面瓦斯来源进行分析,探讨该综放面瓦斯易于积聚的原因,在本煤层预抽不理想的情况下,提出对角引巷抽采、顶板走向高抽巷抽采来治理瓦斯,其中对角引巷抽采起到了类似Y型通风系统的效果,到高抽巷稳定抽采的过程中,综放面所需风量由最高的1500m3/min降低到990 m3/min左右,瓦斯治理技术实施后回风巷瓦斯浓度不超过0.4%,为大倾角特厚煤层复杂地质条件下综放面的安全高效开采提供了方法。

Gas control technology on Fully mechanized top coal cavingface in big angle extra thick coal seam
Abstract:3237 west above face was researched in zhaogezhuang mine in this paper, Based on the Geological conditions and mining technology of 3237 west above face,The gas source of 3237 west above face was analysised, the reason of gas accumulation in this face was discussioned. the drainage of the coal seam is not in an ideal situation, diagonalSleadSroadwaySdrainage, the drainage of high pumping in the roof were put forward to control gas in 3237 west above face, in which the diagonal lead roadway drainage plays a similar effect of Y type of ventilation system, the process of theShighSdrainage roadwaySdrainageSis in theSstable, the air volume required in fully mechanized top coal caving face slow down from 1500m3/min which is in the highest to about 990 m3/min, the gas concentration is not less than 0.4% in the return airway after gas control technology was implemented, providing ways for safe and efficientSminingSworking face in complicated geological conditions with fully mechanized top coal caving face in big angle extra thick coal seam.
