内蒙古某萤石矿的分选试验研究

中文摘要:为了优化选矿工艺,提高选矿指标,针对内蒙古某地区的萤石矿进行了选矿试验研究。确定了合适的药剂制度及选矿原则流程,其中使用了一种改性酸性水玻璃HSiO作为抑制剂,通过“一粗一扫七精”的单一浮选流程,得到萤石品位97.24%,产率22.47%,回收率81.57%的萤石精矿,以及萤石品位6.37%,回收率18.43%,产率77.53%的萤石尾矿。浮选条件试验可以得出如下结论:①随着磨矿细度的增加,萤石精矿的品位不断升高,但是其回收率不断降低;②随着酸性水玻璃用量的不断增加,萤石精矿的品位也是不断升高,回收率是不断降低;③随着捕收剂油酸钠用量的不断增加,萤石精矿的品位不断降低,回收率不断升高。

Experimental Research on Processing of Fluorite Ore in Mongolia
Abstract:By the experimental research of processing on fluorite ore in Mongolia , the suitable reagent system and technological conditions are determined,However the beneficiation indexes were improved and the beneficiation process was optimized. A fluorite concentrate grading of 97.24% CaF2 ,the yield of 22.47% and a recovery of 81.57% were obtained by processing using a single flotation flowsheet consisting one roughing, one scavenging seven cleanings in alkali medium with depressor of modifier sodium silicate. However, the tailings were containing the grading of 6.37% CaF2, a recovery of 18.43% and the yield of 77.53%. Flotation condition test can get the following conclusions: Firstly with the increase of grinding fineness ,the concentrate grade is rising, but the recovery is coming down, However the HSiO’s dosage have the same regular; secondly with the increase of sodium oleate, the concentrate grade is decreasing but the recovery is rising.
